Bluebird Care Essex West is exceptional. Their carers always go above and beyond. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They provide the highest standard of care and care for customers like they are their own family.

I contacted Bluebird Care with regards to care for my parents, they were very helpful with explaining the procedures they go through to set up the best care set for my parents. Both my parents are happy with the care they are receiving and love having the girls in to chat to.

Blue bird care are simply amazing. They provide person centered care to the highest standard nothing is ever to much trouble, The care team are all very polite, efficient, and compassionate in what they do. The office staff provide all the relevant information when required so there is always constant communications between Clients and the Care team ensuring that good quality care and the clients needs are always met. The carers all say they feel valued and looked after and that's definitely reflected in the care they provide to clients. They offer so much more then every other care provider, they have many activities and social gatherings throughout the year so that all the clients can attend and feel part of a community and encourage social interaction. They offer a vast range of packages from daily visits, companionship visits to live in care and will work with the client and families to find the best package to suit the needs of the individual.

I called Bluebird Care when needing to arrange home care for my parents at short notice, the staff are very professional and I am impressed with all the support received so far, I would happily t Bluebird Care, Thank You!
