I needed to find care for my uncle who had developed dementia and recently left a care home after a period of respite. Bluebird Care was recommended to me and I found the whole experience in dealing with the office and meeting the carers a very positive experience. My uncle was helped by having a carer in the morning to check on him and see that he had taken his medicine, and a further one in the late afternoon to prepare him an evening meal. Both of these regular visits worked very well as the carers were friendly and efficient.

My Sister has been receiving Domiciliary Care from 4 times a day for several years. During that time she has always found their staff to be both caring and understanding of her needs.
