  1. Review titled Fantastic service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Mother - Posted on 26 April 2024

My 10 year old son woke up being sick and with pain in his testicle. We did a quick Google and were recommended to go to A & E. I took him to Trafford General Walk In approximately 9am. We were seen very quickly and examined and advised to go to the children's hospital where they had phoned ahead to book us in. On arrival at Manchester children's hospital we were quickly seen by a surgeon who explained the procedure that he would complete. He was in theatre at 12.30 - he had a twisted testicle which still had a blood supply as it had been treated so quickly so he got stitched up and there should not be any long term damage. Staff in both hospitals were fantastic and we got discharged at 6pm that day.

  2. Review titled Compassion and faultless care

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had my first experience with emergency care and found all services to be caring, attentive and thoughtfully responsive. From contacting 111, to the ambulance, to reception at A&E, triage, nursing staff, attending A&E physician, the support staff, porter, radiographer, and specialist physician, I was listened to, cared for and treated quickly and efficiently. I couldn't have asked for more care. I would like to thank all the staff involved with my care on Saturday night, you helped me at a time when I was in so much physical pain and distress. Thank you so much!

Attended the cardiology dept. at Wythenshawe Hospital on 26.02.2023 for an echocardiogram . The Nurse who carried out the procedure was very professional and polite and explained what she was doing. She is a credit to the Trust

It was very kind of you to take the time to write and compliment the staff as it is always good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. 4. Review titled Booking service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

The process of booking an x-ray appointment was speedy and very efficient. This was marred by the fact that the opening words were “your call is important to us“ followed by 26 minutes of ring tone before it was answered.

  5. Review titled Undiagnosed fractured leg

Rated 1 star out of 5

    by Elizabeth O'Sullivan - Posted on 17 May 2022

My toddler was seen in 3 consecutive days, and it was only on the 3rd day that a fracture was diagnosed on his shin, using the xrays taken on day 1. The pain my toddler went through is unforgivable.
