About our hospital

The Ella Gordon Unit provides Contraception and Sexual Health Services to any local person aged 13 and over, the team also provide services at a number of other locations in Portsmouth and South East Hampshire.

we provide: Confidential information and advice about contraception and sexual infection Free condoms/emergency pill/pregnancy tests Contraceptive help (we prescribe and supply all types from our clinics) Chlamydia testing and treatment Vasectomy Relationship advice Assessment, counselling and information about termination of pregnancy Hormone replacement therapy & Premenstrual syndrome clinics (both via GP referral only)

Anything else?: totally disgusted with the service today. due to a woman suffering severe domestic violence and not having a permanent doctor only temp registration, she was refused treatment. She was told to return to her home - even the police said she should not return. Shame on you Ella Gordon.
