Lymington Hospital is a consultant-led hospital with medical beds including assessment beds, surgical beds and day case beds. There is also an operating theatre, endoscopy suite, outpatients department and a Minor Injuries Unit. It is supported by X-ray, pharmacy and pathology.

What I liked:: From my arrival for an afternoon Procedure I was treated with respect and all staff including cleaners were very attentative.
Staff professionalism was of the highest grade. My operation was carried out with great care, the staff in the recovery area were great. Back in the ward area the staff took great care of me, untill I left for home. The cleanliness of the area I was in was faultless.
From when I first attended the Hospital to have an ultrasound, seeing the Consultant, have a pre-assessment and blood test. To having my Proceedure carried out, I as far as I am concerned received first class attention, including the telephone exchange. I hope in time that Lymington Hospital will be able to offer more facilities. Thank you to all concerned at the hospital. I will certainly recommend the hospital to other people.
What could be improved:: Increase the services offered.
