What I liked:: I have been using the services of Savernake since I first grazed my knees as a child. The closure of the Minor Injuries Unit was very sad loss to the people of Marlborough and the surrounding villages. However, the service at Savernake remains excellent and deserves the support of local people. All those interested in the future of the hospital should contact the Friends of Savernake Hospital to find out how to get involved.
What could be improved:: The local Primary Care Trust should not have decided to close the Minor Injuries Unit.
