HUBB provides independent advocacy for people with mental health needs in both the community and in the local psychiatric hospital. This service covers the Borough of Barking and Dagenham, the Borough of Havering and inpatients at Sunflowers Court (formerly Goodmayes Hospital).

Anyone age over 18 who lives in London Borough of Havering or Barking and Dagenham and who access mental health services - ie sees a psychitrist or is under care of CMHT (Community Mental Health Team).
