There are several things that you can do to reduce your risk of a prolapsed uterus (womb) or prevent a mild prolapse from getting worse. These include:

If your mother had a prolapsed uterus in later life the chances are that no matter how much you follow the advice above, you might still end up with one. That's my experience.
