Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. For this video, Pilates for beginners, no previous experience of pilates is necessary.

The class is 45 minutes long. An exercise mat would be useful if you have one and you should wear comfortable, loose clothing.

These fitness workouts have been created by InstructorLive and range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes in duration. Please note, these videos are recorded sessions of previously live webcasts.
