Walk4Life is one of six Change4Life sub-brands. Their themes have been carefully chosen to allow campaigning around a specific activity, giving us all easy ways to engage with the wider audience.

ITV's Walk4Life Day

For the last two years since 2010, Walk4Life Day has been supported by ITV and taken place on the last Sunday in September. In association with Ramblers, Walk England, Natural England, local authorities and others, Change4Life organises walks across England and Wales.
