If you work in an Early Years setting Change4Life can help you promote healthier lifestyles to toddlers and pre-school children and their families. As a childcare professional your link to the local community puts you in a great position to spread the Change4Life word.
This part of the campaign focuses on Early Years because good habits picked up now can reap great rewards later. If a child becomes used to eating regular meals, only having nutritious snacks between meals and enjoys being active they have a great chance of becoming a healthy youngster and enjoying a longer, healthier life.
It's really important that this age group has healthy habits right from the start. If you're a childminder or work in a children's centre or nursery this section has lots of ideas just for you.
One of the most important things to do is to sign up as a local supporter. This means you'll get a regular newsletter from us so you'll be among the first to hear about our latest campaigns and materials.
