Getting adults and families to change their lifestyle is a challenge. But they’re much more likely to do it with your help. This area is dedicated to showing how you can change lives by supporting the Change4Life campaign.

Local supporters and national partners

Change4Life has become one of the most instantly recognisable brands in health improvement. It enjoys high levels of trust and involvement from both the public and private sectors.

Change4Life's ambition is to create a movement in which everyone in society plays their part, helping to create fundamental changes to those behaviours that can help people lead healthier lives.

To support this ambition we work with a wide range of local supporter and national partner organisations who share our goals, and can strengthen our message through their own channels of communication.

Get involved in our healthy pregnancy marketing campaign

The Department of Health is developing the next phase of the Start4Life social marketing programme with a view to launching a new campaign later this year.

We're seeking non-commercial partners to help communicate with, and support, pregnant women and their partners. We want to work with national organisations that have an understanding of the issues of maternal health and have research and evidence-based materials to support a healthy pregnancy.

We're also interested in working with national non-commercial organisations that can help distribute our campaign messages to pregnant women and their partners.

Local supporters

Our network of around 58,000 local supporters use Change4Life to deliver healthy lifestyle messages in their local community. Research shows that they have over a million Change4Life conversations each year.

To help them to do this, we've got loads of free downloadable resources, including leaflets, posters, even sponsorship forms, to enable them to introduce healthy diet and activity ideas.

If you register as a local supporter, we'll be able to send you regular updates about the campaign, plus access to our logos and character images so you can even create your own Change4Life resources.

National partners

We work with national partners, including commercial brands, government departments and NGOs, to reach far more people than we could alone. Many of these brands can talk to our audience in ways that we can't - and we can use this to help influence people's behaviour.
