Either click on a radio button (for example 150%), or use the ‘ up ‘ and ‘ down ‘ arrows, to select the zoom level you want. If you want to use your own value select the radio button ‘ Variable ‘ and type in the value you want.

When you have chosen or typed in a value, click ‘ OK ‘ or press ‘ Enter ‘ to return to the document.

Note: If this does not work it could be because your computer settings cannot be changed due to local IT policies - contact your local IT support for further help.
