Manage your organisation's profile on NHS Choices

Please read our extensive FAQ about Managing profiles, offering advice on how to get editing rights, add/remove services or staff members, or merge profiles.

Manage patient feedback

A key feature of NHS Choices is the patient feedback facility. This allows members of the public to post comments about their experience with individual service providers. To get tips on how to manage patient comments, including suicide threats and comments that are meant for a different organisation, read the Managing user comments FAQ.

Uploading Quality Accounts

Since June 2010, all health service providers must submit a report about the quality of their services. The Department of Health requires providers to submit their final Quality Account to the Secretary of State by uploading it to the NHS Choices website by June 30 each year. This section has comprehensive directories of NHS services in England. Around 50 directories give details of everything from hospitals, GPs and dentists to care services, gyms and addiction support. All you have to do is select the type of service you are looking for and enter a postcode, location or organisation name.
