STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILTY CALF STRETCH

If you need to, place a hand on a tree or bench for balance.

To get into position, stand tall with your feet together.

Take a step back with your left foot.

Bend your front leg and keep your back leg straight.

Both your feet and your hips should be pointing forwards.

Don't let your front knee point in or out.

To start the move, gently push your left heel into the ground,

keeping your left leg straight.

You should feel the stretch at the back of your left leg, below the knee.
