Flour is very simple and children just absolutely love playing with it.

Add your yeast. It's very simple.

Add your water and just mix it up,

and as you know, with children, this is just their favourite, isn't it?

Lots of children you have to really encourage,

especially the fussy ones, you've really got to encourage them.

Get them with you, beside you, cook with them.

I won't believe you if you told me that a child didn't eat what he'd cooked.

This is just lovely and children just love it, don't they?

Nice bit of dough.

Always put in less water. Let it be a tip to the mums.

The more you knead, the nicer the dough.

Stretch it, back, stretch.

Put it in the bowl and then it rises.

All depends on the heat in the kitchen,

I'd say 20 to 30 minutes,

so it gives you plenty of time for everyone to be chopping up their bits

and to come back to it.

This is the best tip for anyone,

have lots of bits cut up

like fruit and raisins and sultanas, bits of carrot, anything,

and they will just automatically eat.

Salami or pepperoni.

Have I said it right now? No, I still...

Well, wait till I get the "monzarella" out in a minute.

Some cheese... I won't pronounce it cos I can't say it.

And just chop it up, break it up by hand.

Children like it.

You can stick with your piece of Cheddar

which is available to everyone.

You don't need any fancy cheeses

but it's nice to teach the children about food and what they are.

Just get them familiar with things

so as they grow up knowing all about it, not learning at 50.

And there is your dough, doubled in size.

So that's it, it's done.

So now you just play with it with the children.

Bit of flour.

You can give them a piece each now and make their own.

Put your sauce on.

You can use the spoon, the children can put it on.

You can use tomato sauce from a jar

if you haven't got time to make it.

Then put your cheeses on.

And the children will just absolutely adore doing this.

Put whatever toppings you like on, any way you like.

Eight to ten minutes in the oven, end of story.

Very nice. Good for you.
