The Paediatric Department at Sunderland Royal Hospital treats a variety of short and long term conditions in children. We operate from three wards - two medical and one surgical, from Niall Quinn Children's Outpatients Centre and from the Children's Centre on Durham Road. Our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services are offered from the Child and Family Department.

We offer treatment for all major conditions in our friendly, welcoming facilities where children come first.
