Superb Surgery Staff

From the very start of my current experience at Lymington Hospital I have been treated excellently from my initial pre operative assessment, where I was made to feel extremely comfortable

I cannot praise the staff on Knightwood Ward highly enough, I may only have been having a very minor routine operation but the staff especially the nurses made me feel as if I was the most important & only patient that they had to care for.

Having not had to undergo any general anaesthetic as an adult ( only had 2 previous once as baby other as 5 year old ) I had no idea what to expect, I was made to feel at ease by the anethesist & surgeon when they visited me pre operation,
Then when I led into the anaesthetic room I was talked through what was happening regards how I was being anaesthetised

I cannot comment on the theatre staff as I was under before I was wheeled in

I came round in comfort with familiar nurses caring for me

The staff made my short stay a very pleasant experience
