Inpatient Information

Newquay Community Hospital Inpatient facilities will temporarily move to Wheal Agar Ward at the Royal Cornwall Hospital, Treliske, on 30 December for 4 weeks whilst improvement works happen at the hospital.

Ward opening hours:

Opening times have been extended from 12pm to 9pm to enable family and friends to maintain contact with their loved one's, which we believe is essential, especially for those with Dementia.

Newquay Community Hospital runs a pilot to open up its wards for longer to visitors. The hospital welcomes visitors to come and have a meal with their family member.

This will continue during the temporary move to Wheal Agar Ward, Royal Cornwall Hospital, Treliske.
