Patients are able to speak to the doctors everyday from 1pm to 1:30 pm over the telephone by ringing 020 8550 4532.
These calls should relate to matters that cannot be dealt with by reception staff. You must be prepared to give details to the staff and if the doctor is busy at that time , he/she will return your call as soon as practicable. This only applies to the calls received during this half hour slot. No calls are put through to doctors OUTSIDE this time slot.
