Text Messaging Service
The surgery have recently introduced a new text messaging service for our patients. We have introduced this service to try and improve our DNA (did not attend) rates. We are sending text message reminders to all patients with booked appointments. In order for this service to work we need up to date mobile phone numbers for all our patients. Our reception/administration team are working really hard to capture this information. Please ensure that you inform reception if you change your mobile number.
Please remember to cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend. Doctor/Nurses time is precious and your appointment could be given to someone else.
