New text message service

Extended Appointment Times.

In response to the Government's directive and taking into account the results of our patient questionnaire, we are now offering early morning and later evening appointments. These will be on Mondays and Wednesdays, starting at 7.30am and with our last appointment at 7.20pm. We will also be doing a Saturday morning surgery, first appointment at 8.30am, last appointment at 10.20pm, every second Saturday in the month. These appointments will be for prebooked, routine problems only, we are hoping they will help patients who find it difficult to attend during normal office hours. Due to staffing limitations, we will not be able to deal with any emergencies and would ask that you call the out of hours service before 08.00 and after 18.30 weekdays and on the Saturdays as normal. The surgery will be open for the collection of prescriptions during these times. We would be interested to hear any feedback you have on these services, and hope you find them of some benefit.

New booking in system.

We have bought a touch screen to help patients book in for their appointment more easily and efficiently, it is on the wall just past reception. Please follow the on screen instructions, or ask a receptionist. Of course you can can still book in with a receptionist if you prefer. It is linked up to our new call system, which will also be broadcasting interesting and up to date information. We hope you enjoy these new developments.
