Patient Participation Group Report 2011/12

We have a Patient Group that meets regularly at the practice.  Our next meeting is in April 2012.  Please ring the surgery and ask to speak to Jenny for further information.

We had a patient questionnaire that was handed out in September and October 2011.  The Patient Group met througout the year and discussed the findings of the questionnaire.  We have produced a report for you to read showing some of the outcomes from the meetings of the Patient Group last year.

New Opening Hours at Westhoughton

From Thursday 8th March we will be open in the morning 9am until 12.30pm.  We will be closed on Thursday afternoon.

The baby clinic will now be Thursday morning commencing 22nd March

Flu clinics 2012

During the summer months we don't often think about the coughs and colds in winter.  However just remember that we start to offer flu jabs mid September.

Ring reception and book your flu injection for 2012 if you are 65 and over, pregnant, have a chronic disease.
