Additional information

We offer a number of pre-booked appointments outside core hours for patients who have difficulty attending during normal working hours (eg carers, commuters). These are on: Monday evenings 6.30-8.00pm Saturday mornings 8.30-10.30am The surgery doors are closed during the extended period and access for those with pre-booked appointments is via an entry phone. Access to the surgery during these times is for patients with appointments only, all other urgent requests to see a doctor should be referred to the out of hours GP service.

Online booking

We are now offering appointment booking online or by phone, up to four weeks ahead. Patients have asked to have a wider range of appointment options so we have extended our appointment availability from two weeks in advance to four.

Patients can register for our online services to book & cancel appointments, request repeat prescriptions and update personal details so please ask at reception for more details. If you have not already done so please register for this 24/7 service at reception (please bring a form of identification).
