Patients calling out of hours at night (6.30pm to 8. 00am) and at the weekend, if you require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please hang up and call 1-1-1. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles. Or alternatively if you are calling from outside of the area where the NHS 111 service is available but are registered with a GP practice that is within the 111 area or are calling on behalf of someone within the 111 area, you should hang up and call 01962 718697 the Out-of-Hours number 01962 718697. The practice telephone 8061 2197 is switched to a recorded message which gives the Out-of-Hours number.

The CAR PARK is CLOSED to patients and is only available for disabled patient parking Extended opening on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (ie after 6.30pm) is for routine pre-booked appointments only. Did you know you can book up to 6 weeks ahead for nurses' appointments and evening doctors' appointments.

We now have a new Patient Group which has had several meetings a year. We also have a 'virtual group' which you can join by giving us your e-mail address. We will keep you informed of all our new services, ask for you views and send occasional surveys to complete.
