Out of hours

Between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am Monday to Friday and 24 hours over weekends and bank holidays an emergency on call service is available for patients.

When in need of advice or medical assistance -

Dial - 111

You must dial 999 in life-threatening situations.

The PCT runs an emergency clinic here on Saturday mornings from 9 - 12 noon. Access to this clinic is through the emergency number 111 for all 3 Brackley surgeries. Please note that Washington House patients will not be able to use this Saturday service for Washington House enquiries and appointments.

Patient Participation Group

The patient group is an informal forum for discussion and liaison between the practice and the patients it serves. Meetings are held monthly with a view to becoming quarterly. Topics regularly covered include feedback about how the practice is performing, suggestions for improving our services, comment on local health related issues and fund raising. In addition, the Patient Group arranges a programme of informative evening talks throughout the year given by the GPs and other health care professionals.
