During weekdays between 18:00 and 08:30, weekends at all times and Bank Holidays, for urgent or emergency medical problems please telephone 01503 230088.

You will be put in touch with the service commissioned by Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Primary Care Trust (medical cover is not provided by the practice in the out of hours period). Your details will be taken and you will be offered an appointment at a local Primary Care Centre (either Liskeard Community Hospital or St Barnabas Hospital, Saltash) or you will be asked to speak to the medical staff in the Triage Centre who will either give advice or arrange a home visit if it is considered appropriate.

There is a late surgery one evening a week, this is based on a five week rota as follows:- Week 1 Wednesday Week 2 Wednesday Week 3 Wednesday Week 4 Wednesday Week 5 Thursday These appointments will be for routine consultations and they will run from 6.30 - 8.45 pm and MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE We will not be able to take incoming phone calls and the surgery will not be open for general enquires. Please do not arrive before 6.30pm for your appointment, the surgery is closed from 6pm-6.30pm. When Quay Lane Surgery is closed at lunchtimes, there is an answering service who will answer. This is not for routine queries only emergencies. Please ring the surgery after 1400 hours when we re-open.
