The surgery times are not the same for all the doctors. Please let the receptionist know which doctor you are booking an appointment for and they will advise you of the session your doctor will be working.
For extended hours sessions (Thursday evening and Saturday mornings) a doctor and receptionist will be available for pre-booked patients only. The receptionist will be unable to offer a full receptionist role i.e. ordering/collecting prescriptions, booking routine appointments, answering the telephone etc. These tasks will need to wait until normal reception hours resume.
