We are pleased to announce that www.smallbrooksurgery.co.uk has recently undergone a makeover. Our new site enables our patients to register so that they can book appointments, request repeat medications and test results via the website. At this time we have made GP appointments available to book and we will be expanding this to cover our nursing staff appointments over the next few months.
