Additional information

NURSE APPOINTMENTS   A walk-in facility will continue to operate between 9.15 am - 10.30 am Monday to Friday. Appointments can be booked with a nurse between 8.30 am and 9.15 am Monday to Friday and 4.30 pm - 6.20 pm Monday & Tuesday, 3.00 pm - 4.00 pm & 4.30 pm - 6.30 pm Wednesday & Thursday. Other bookable appointments with a nurse are available throughout the day. Please contact reception for specific days and times - you will need to tell the receptionist what the appointment if for so that the correct amount of time for your treatment can be allocated. Please note - an injection can not be given by a nurse unless there is a Doctor on the premises - please bear this in mind. During annual leave these times will be subject to change.   EVENING BOOKABLE APPOINTMENTS – With effect from Monday 7th July 2008 there will be a limited number of bookable appointments available between 6.30 pm and 7.15 pm.  During Doctor’s annual leave this will be amended to bookable appointments on a Monday with one Doctor between 6.30 pm and 7.30 pm and one Doctor on a Tuesday 6.30 pm – 7.00 pm.  Please check with reception.  We would request that only patients who genuinely have difficulty coming to normal surgery make use of these appointments; these appointments are only bookable one week in advance.
