We have recently set up a Patient Participation Group which we hope will develop in time.  We have recently given out a survey to patients and will publish the results in due course.  If you would like to join the group please speak to one of the Reception Staff. Meetings are held roughly every 6 to 7 weeks and due to parking are held at our Tenlands Road branch.

FY2 Doctors

Patient Participation Group

Following on from the patient survey that was carried out we are in the process of publishing a patient newsletter which will be available to all patients in due course.

During one of the meetings a patient highlighted the welcome letter they had received when they went into Russells Hall Hospital.  The letter had been photocopied incorrectly with part of the wording missing.  As a group we wrote to the hospital and as such they have made changed to the information given to inpatients which is a success for the Group.

We will be relaunching our Patient Participation Group in due course. The members of the group will be involved in drafting the questionnaire which will then be given to patients. The results will be published on both this website and hopefully a website set up for the practice.

If you would like to join our Patient Participation Group then please contact Reception or write direct to the Practice Manager.
