Additional information

Extended hours This practice offers a limited number of additional doctor appointments outside usual opening hours. This provision is designed to help patients who are otherwise unable to attend surgery. These appointments are for routine matters only and must be booked in advance by contacting reception during usual opening hours. Please be aware that the appointments will be provided by the doctors of the practice on a rotational basis and that follow-up appointments and nurse team appointments (blood tests, ECG's etc) will generally need to be arranged during usual working hours. The extra appointments are available as follows:   Monday evenings 6.30pm - 7.30pm Thursday mornings 7.15am - 8.00am One Saturday morning per month 8.00am - 11.00am       Reception service is available at these sessions. Home visits and urgent problems during these times will continue to be handled by the Out of Hours service on 01962 718697.   We hope that this service will benefit those patients who previously have had difficulty arranging appointments and ask that you continue to attend during the usual hours if at all possible.
