Please note that we are telephone triaging several days a week from 1 November 2010.
If you call for an urgent GP appointment on the day, you will be asked for your contact details and the nature of the problem and the GP will call you back within 2 hours to assess you over the phone. The GP will try to ring you ONCE only and if they don’t get through to you, they will leave a message for you to ring the surgery back. During the telephone consultation, the GP will determine whether to make an appointment for you to see a GP or a nurse or to handle your query over the phone.
