We also undertake occupational medicals, for Taxi Drivers, Private Hire, PCV and HGV Drivers between 11:30 a.m. and 12:00, between 16:45 and 17:00 and 1830 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. We seperate Occupational Medicals from NHS patient time, and Occupational Medicals are booked by arrangement. We also undertake Professional Diving Medicals, as well as Offshore Medicals for Oil and Gas UK, and the Norwegian Board of Health, for those involved in the Offshore Industry. We undertake ENG1 and ML5 Medicals for the Maritime and Coastguard Agency for Seafarers working in the Merchant Marine. Dr Adey is approved to undertake H.S.E. Commercial Diver Medicals, New Zealand Commerical Diver medicals, Oil and Gas UK and Norwegian Board of Health Offshore Medicals for those working in the Offshore Industry. Dr Adey is also a Maritime and Coastgurad Agency Approved Doctor undertaking Seafarers medicals.
We also have available on Wednesday afternoons, Mike Doyle our NHS Primary Care Mental Health Worker who sees patients needing help with common mental health problems.
Our Midwife Michelle, also holds ante-natal clinics on a Wednesday afternoon.
