Overview

Our aim at Simpson House Medical Centre is to provide our patients with the highest standards of healthcare possible.

We have a large clinical team who are here to look after your healthcare needs and an admin team that aim to deal with all your queries in a helpful and efficient manner.

The Practice is always keen to receive patient feedback and are always looking for patients to join the Patient Participation Group. Out of hours

If you have a medical problem when the surgery is closed or you need some medical advice, please phone 0300 130 3017 which will take you through to the HARMONI out-of-hours service. A receptionist will take some details and arrange for a nurse to speak to you. If necessary, arrangements will be made for you to see a doctor locally or for a doctor to visit you at home

Home Visits If you require a Doctor to visit, please telephone our visit line on (020) 8869 7920 before 11am if possible giving as much information as possible to the receptionist. If telephone advice is more appropriate, the Doctor will be happy to call you back. Please remember that the facilities at the surgery make it a much more suitable place to see you. The Doctor can see three patients at the practice in the time it takes to see one at home. It is safe to bring children with a temperature up to the surgery provided you dress them appropriately.
