Same Day Care

Since the beginning of 2010, we have been operating a new system for patients who wish to receive advice or treatment on the same day. Our staff will take your details and a contact number. You will then be phoned back by a Doctor within 2 hrs. The Doctor will then sort out the problem over the phone, arrange an appointment for the same day or arrange a home visit. We are getting good feedback from this system which we feel gives higher quality care but would appreciate further comments.
