Overview

Welcome to Cornerstone Surgery

Consultations - pre-bookable appointments are available up to four weeks in advance, there are book on the day appointments also which can be accessed by ringing from 8.15 am and we also provide telephone consultations for conditions not requiring  face to face contact.

We have four Doctors, a Nurse Practitioner and Practice Nurse available for consultation

Appointments can be made by ringing the surgery or calling in. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by leaving the tear off slip in the box in reception, emailing corner.stone@nhs.net, fax 01204 497423 or requesting via the website cornerstonesurgery.nhs.uk (telephone requests are not accepted)
