Please come and join our patient focus group.
This is your chance to join in to have your say. We discuss all aspects of how the Group Practice is run and ask for feedback from you.
Initially we shall be asking for a few minutes of your time to complete an online questionnaire survey. Our aim will be for the results of the survey to be discussed via email with you, but we may hold meetings in the future.
