This leaflet is for both existing patients and those considering registering with us. It tells you about how to access our services and some general information about how our practice operates. If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms that are available from the reception desk. Please provide proof of address and photograph ID.

We serve the Islington area from Holloway Rd/Seven Sisters Rd to Stroud Green Rd/Hornsey Lane/ Isledon Rd. Our team includes three GPs, a practice nurse and a health care assistant, along with other visiting clinical staff. Please note that we are not a training practice
