Missed Appointments

Due to the high number of missed appointments by patients not attending we shall be introducing a new policy from 1st January 2011.

Should you miss more than two appointments within a twelve month period you will be asked to register with another practice.

We currently have approximately 40 missed appointments a month. this equates to two and half weeks of lost surgery time a year.

We are sorry to have to implement this policy but wasted appointments mean delays for other patients and an inefficient use of our time.
