Advanced Nurse Practitioner

A new Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Jayne Baker, joined the practice in April 2010.  Jayne has undertaken a degree course which enables her to see patients who in the past would have been seen by a doctor.  She can consult, examine, diagnose and prescribe for problems including sore throats, earache, headaches, back ache, joint pains, abdominal pains, rashes, urine infections. 

She is also trained to do emergency problems and family planning.

However, babies under 3 months old, patients with depression or mental health problems, male patients requiring intimate examination and patients with ongoing problems being treated by the doctor should book appointments with a GP and not the nurse practitioner.

Patient Survey 2012/2013

3 Villages Patient Representative Group (PRG) met with the Practice to discuss and agree criteria for a patient satisfaction survey conducted in January 2013 .  They met again to discuss the results and agree an action plan for 2013.  A copy of the full results and action plan are in the associated document.  They can also be found on our website www.3villages.co.uk
