Patient Survey 2011

The Practice is currently running its annual patient survey "Improving Practice Questionnaire" and we would encourage patients  to participate when next visiting the practice.  This is an independent survey devised and evaluated by  "cfep surveys".  Please visit their website www.cfepsurveys.co.uk

Cfep Surveys do not currently provided an on-line version of this survey though they have reassured us that it is something they are working on and expect it to be available in the coming months.  As soon as it is, we will add it to our web page.
