EXTENDED HOURS
We recently carried out a Survey to ascertain patient views on the provision of extended opening hours.
As a result we now provide an additional surgery each week based on a three week rotation. Two weeks out of three there will be a late surgery on Thursday evenings and one week out of three we will be holding a Saturday morning surgery.
All appointments are pre-booked and during the hours that extended surgeries are available the on-call service will still be in operation for emergencies. Accordingly the practice telephones will be redirected as usual i.e. any calls to the practice after 6.30 p.m. on weekdays or at any time on Saturday will automatically be transferred to the messaging service.
