Patient Participation Group
In 2011 we formed a patient participation group. Our first meeting was held in November 2011, where the group decided the content of a survey which was conducted in December/January with regards to services offered by the practice.
In February the group met again in order for the results of the survey to be reported back and for the patient group to offer their suggestions for any changes that they felt the survey had shown to be necessary.
After extensive discussion it was agreed by the group that the survey indicated that no changes to the service offered were felt to be necessary.
The full results of the survey conducted can be obtained at either of the practices, and is now available to view on our website www.westendroadsurgery.nhs.uk
