Patient Participation Group

St Stephen’s Surgery signed up to a Patient Participation Directed Enhanced Service (DES), which Worcestershire PCT introduced to practices throughout the Worcestershire area. By signing up to this DES, we agreed to create a Patient Participation Group, whereby patients could come and meet staff and give us their views and suggestions on how we could improve our services to you.
