Our Trust runs the two main hospitals in Huddersfield and Halifax, Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and Calderdale Royal Hospital. We also provide outreach services in the local communities where possible so that people can access some hospital services closer to their homes. We provide healthcare for more than 435,000 people across Calderdale and Kirklees and we are continuing to modernise and invest in our health services to build on our strong reputation.
Recent investments include work to improve car parking at both our hospitals and the creation of two new, state-of-the-art endoscopy units. Major ward improvements are carried out each year at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and money has been spent at both hospitals to improve the privacy and dignity of our patients.
