CQC inpatient survey - your feedback is important to us

If you’ve been an inpatient at one of our hospitals in July 2017 you may receive a questionnaire from Picker on behalf of the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The CQC carries out a number of patient questionnaires each year. The results are displayed on the CQC website and are used by our staff to continue making improvements to our services. Questionnaires are voluntary and confidential.

If you receive the latest inpatient questionnaire in the next two to three months we would be grateful if you can complete and submit, so that we can continue to learn and improve.

If you wish to opt-out please contact our patient experience team by emailing patient.experience@imperial.nhs.uk or calling 0203 312 1758.
