Road information The hospital site is three-quarters of a mile from junction 8 of the M61 motorway.
Leave the motorway at Junction 8, follow signs towards Chorley (A6).
At the first roundabout, turn left, continuing to head towards Chorley (A6).
At the second roundabout, take second turning onto the B5252 (Euxton Lane).
The main hospital entrance is 200 yards on the left at the traffic lights.

Parking

Chorley & South Ribble District General Hospital has three main public car-parks and two smaller parking areas, providing 256 parking spaces, of which 23 are for disabled people. The carparking charge is £3.00 for the first six hours but will rise to £10 thereafter, however all patients and visitors are exempt from the £10 over six hour charge. If you are a patient or visitor, and your stay has exceeded six hours, please press the intercom button at the pay station for assistance from the Carpark Office. If you intend to return within a 24 hour period, please contact the Car Park Office via the intercom at the pay station for advice on exemption from further charges for your return visit.
