There is a team of meet and greet volunteers at the New QEII Hospital, whose role is to make sure that patients needing help finding or getting to their appointment are supported.

Parking

There is a drop-off zone outside the Urgent Care Centre entrance for people who aren’t able to walk very far and we have reserved spaces for people displaying a blue badge.

The New QEII features a pay-on-exit car park, the charges for which are:

0 - 15 minutes in drop-off zones only (free of charge)
0 - 2 hours £3.40
2 – 5 hours £5.30
5 – 24 hours £7.70
Up to 7 days £20.70

Parking charges apply to all car park users including blue badge holders. We have some motorbike parking spaces available free of charge. Bicycle racks are located near to the Urgent Care Centre entrance.
