Child health and development - 6 - 8 Week Checks

If you receive notification that your baby is due his/her 6 - 8 week chack - please ring the practice to bring them in for the check - REMEMBER TO BRING THE RED BOOK !!!

If you have recievd notification that your child requires a vaccination - please contact the practice to make an appointment with one of our Practice Nurses - REMEMBER TO BRING THE RED BOOK !!!

Travel health with yellow fever - Travel Health & Vaccinations

If you are planning to travel abroad - please make an appointment to see our Practice Nurses who can offer advice on vaccinations.
Please ring in plenty of time before you travel - some vaccines have to be ordered specially and may take time to become effective after they have been given

Electronic Prescription Service

This GP offers the Electronic Prescription Service, which allows you to choose or "nominate" a pharmacy to get your medicines or appliances from. Your GP then sends your prescription electronically to the place you nominated. this means:

  • If you collect your repeat prescriptions from your GP you will not have to visit your GP practice to pick up your paper prescription, saving time.
  • You will have more choice about where to get your medicines from because they can be collected from a pharmacy near to where you live, work or shop.
  • You may not have to wait as long as your repeat prescriptions could be prepared before you arrive.
